Request to Schedule Driving Lessons

For Teen Students (under 18yo): after a student completes 30 hours of an education course, parents complete a 2-hour class, and a student has a learner’s permit: Please submit this request form, and our office will review and schedule your driving lessons based on instructors’ & student’s mutual availability.

For Adult Students (over 18yo): after signing up: Please submit this request form, and our office will review and schedule your driving lessons based on instructors’ & student’s mutual availability.

Please provide the student’s general availability
Example: Mon 8am–12pm, Wed 3pm–5pm, Sat 12pm–2pm

Please Note: Hours for Driving Lessons are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm | Sat 9am-2pm | Sun 9am-4pm

If there are any dates or times the student won’t be available (like vacations or appointments etc), let us know as well.
